Let Sparks Fly is seeking a dynamic and engaging Virtual Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about travel, skilled in virtual presentations, and dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our community of Black women travelers. As a Virtual Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for presenting three exciting trips per week via Zoom, ensuring each session is both informative and inspiring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in travel, customer service, or a related field
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Zoom and other virtual presentation tools.
• Passionate about travel and knowledgeable about diverse destinations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or event planning is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Physical fitness is necessary for tours and excursions
• Valid passport required
• Must pass a criminal background check
• This position is based in the United States
