Travel Sales Coordinator
The Travel Sales Coordinator is a client-facing, revenue-driving role responsible for leading engaging sales presentations, webinars, and conversion-focused experiences for a vibrant community of Black women who value connection, culture, and elevated travel.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of representation, cultural connection, and shared experiences and can confidently communicate offers in a way that feels authentic, relatable, and inspiring.
You will serve as a key voice of the brand, guiding prospective clients through the sales journey and helping them confidently say yes to their next travel experience.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, confidence on camera, and the ability to manage multiple sales-related tasks within structured systems. Candidates must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.


Billing coordinator
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing client payments, monitoring payment plans, and ensuring billing accuracy across all trips and services. This role supports smooth financial operations by processing payments, addressing billing inquiries, following up on failed or missed payments, and maintaining accurate records within company systems.
This is a Dallas–Fort Worth–based position, requiring the coordinator to be local to the DFW area to support team collaboration and operational needs.
Operations Coordinator
Let Sparks Fly is hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our business operations. This role is designed to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to Let Sparks Fly’s daily operations making sure every moving part of our travel and billing processes works in perfect sync.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on organization, accountability, and excellence. They’ll help oversee both the Travel and Billing Coordinators, step in to support as needed, and most importantly lead the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that keep the company running efficiently and effectively.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, confidence on camera, and the ability to manage multiple sales-related tasks within structured systems. Candidates must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
